Enhance your communications

  • Videos
    Personalized self-service support on desktop and mobile devices is how most employees are interacting and engaging with their benefits. Videos offer an effective way to reach and educate your employees at different points throughout the benefits lifecycle, from selecting benefits and enrolling to using their benefits, conducting transactions online, and filing claims.
  • Decision support tools
    Decision support tools further enhance an employee's experience by allowing them to input information about themselves to make informed personal and financial decisions about their benefits. Examples of decision support tools include side-by-side plan comparison tools, plan design tools, and rate, cost, and investment calculators.

Traditional communications

  • Website development
    We'll write, design, and develop your webinars, landing pages, and user interfaces for enrollment platforms. Our services also include online account setup for ongoing benefits administration, database storage and maintenance, integration with back-end processes, mobile platform and search engine optimization, 508-compliance implementation, information security, and analytics and tracking.
  • Direct marketing
    We'll write and design your enrollment kits, letters, postcards, emails, and other materials and then distribute them by direct mail, email, or both, depending on your preference. Our services also include list development, database storage and maintenance, and results-tracking.
  • Benefits training
    Our team of benefits trainers are well-versed in employee benefits, insurance, and the complexities of working with government and public sector agencies. They provide onsite trainings and seminars and conduct live and on-demand webinars and virtual benefits fairs for HR professionals, benefits officers, and employees.
  • Enrollee correspondence
    We'll work with you to create and send pre- and post-enrollment materials, coverage notifications, transactional and billing statements, and other administrative communications. Our services include database storage and maintenance and automation of standard correspondence.
