LTC Partners Kicks off the Giving Season with a Pledge of Continued Support for Veterans Count
Portsmouth, NH: (December 11, 2017)—LTC Partners announced it will sustain its 2017 funding level for Veterans Count, a veteran services nonprofit administered by Easter Seals of New Hampshire. LTC Partners will contribute $50,000 to Veterans Count in 2018.
The company also announced several other corporate giving initiatives this holiday season, including:
- Hope on Haven Hill—LTC Partners sponsored the first anniversary gala for Hope on Haven Hill in Rochester as part of the company's increased support for substance abuse programs in the greater community. Hope on Haven Hill is a substance use treatment organization serving homeless, pregnant and newly parenting mothers who are in recovery. Called Lighting the Way, the gala was held Thursday, December 7, at Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in Newcastle.
- Wreaths Across America—for the fourth straight year, the company will provide funds for the laying of hundreds of wreaths at the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen on Saturday, December 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in honor of Wreaths Across America Day. LTCP employee volunteers will join thousands of others across the nation performing the same act of honor at Arlington National Cemetery and elsewhere.
- Pease 'n Carrots food drive—LTC Partners also participated in the annual holiday food drive to benefit Gather (formerly Seacoast Family Food Pantry). The effort collects donated food between November 13 and December 20 that will go to Gather and Cross Roads House.
"Our Corporate Giving program is a source of great pride for our employees," said LTC Partners CEO Paul Forte. "Not only do we participate in volunteer opportunities, but we also extend paid volunteer hours to encourage employees to get out there in the community, to get involved in a hands-on way. We are making a difference in the quality of life in the Seacoast area."
