LTC Partners Grants $5,000 for Great Bay Services' Educational Staff Development Initiative
Portsmouth, NH: LTC Partners (LTCP) announced today that a $5,000 community grant has been awarded to Great Bay Services for their initiative to build a comprehensive staff recruitment and engagement program.
Great Bay Services is a nonprofit human services organization that offers support to individuals with developmental disabilities to enable them to lead high-quality lives and work in the community independently.
The goal of the program is to form a high-caliber workforce of direct care professionals and establish Great Bay Services as a support foundation and development resource for similar workers throughout the region. Employee engagement will focus on five key areas: autonomy, connection, growth, impact, and meaning.
"We believe it is our duty as a corporate citizen of the greater seacoast to assist innovative thinkers, leaders, and organizations working to affect positive social change in the region," said Brian Frankenfield, Executive Sponsor of LTCP Corporate Giving. "In this regard, we strive to invest in and provide grants to sustainable, long term initiatives that demonstrate the potential for meaningful impact and outcomes. We believe your short-term investment and the long-term goal demonstrate this potential."
Great Bay Services plans to implement the new program by September 2015. For more information, visit www.greatbayservices.org .
