LTC Partners' Brian Frankenfield Is a NHBR 2015 Business Excellence Winner

Portsmouth, NH: New Hampshire Business Review (NHBR) recently recognized Brian Frankenfield, Director of BENEFEDS Enrollment and Service, for the instrumental role he played in the launch of LTC Partners' BENEFEDS business. Frankenfield received the award in the financial services category for a small organization.

As LTC Partners' second line of business, BENEFEDS is the secure online exchange and service platform through which 2.5 million federal employees shop for, enroll in, and manage their dental and vision insurance coverage. Since its launch in 2005, the BENEFEDS business has grown to employ approximately 150 people and, in 2013, was awarded a renewal contract from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

During his acceptance of the award, Frankenfield recognized contributions of many others involved in BENEFEDS. "It's a real honor to be able to accept this award on behalf of the great work LTC Partners is doing, not only for the federal employees and retirees, members of the uniformed services and our veterans who are our customers, but also for those individuals in our local New Hampshire communities."

Along with his business focus, Frankenfield helps lead LTC Partners' Charitable Giving and Community Engagement Program, which has provided donations or sponsored volunteer efforts for more than 125 charitable organizations.

Regarding the award, Frankenfield commented, "It's nice to be recognized in this way by NHBR. But, truthfully, nobody gets to moments like this alone. There are plenty of people who stood up ladders for me along the way. This award is really an appreciation for all of them and a reminder to renew my commitment to pay it forward by standing up ladders for others."

Winners of the Business Excellence Awards are nominated by peers in the community and are selected by a panel of judges who review nominations for excellence in industriousness, innovation, and achievements.
