Web Development

The sites we develop offer exceptional functionality and exceed the performance standards expected of them.

Evolving from a simple informational resource for prospects, today the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) website,, offers interactive multimedia tools for users exploring their options, with secure online application submission and account management capabilities.

Among the tools featured on, the award-winning Online Consultant Tool (OCT) uses video and interactive features to help visitors better understand what long term care insurance is and what makes the FLTCIP unique. The OCT also educates users about the basics of long term care and costs; explains FLTCIP eligibility, coverage, and cost considerations; and assists with designing FLTCIP plans that best suit visitors' needs based on various criteria, including the future cost of care in a chosen area and inflation protection options.

The secure, user-friendly BENEFEDS portal,, with more than one million active users, comprises the enrollment, premium administration, billing and payment processing, and customer service functions of the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP).

The FLTCIP's Online Consultant Tool helps bring to life the important need to plan for long term care, a task many of us may try to avoid, but one that has the potential to derail even the best retirement planning. The easy-to-use, self-service device has an array of vital information and provides guidance about the overall topic and about the FLTCIP, specifically. We are excited to make this tool available to help our customers plan ahead for the long term care needs they may have at some point."
