Our front- and back-end systems are developed and hosted in-house. They facilitate complex enrollment, premium administration, underwriting, claims, customer service, and care coordination processes for large numbers of enrollees.
Both systems and staff are expert at handling high-volume, sensitive data, including personal and protected health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. Our security and disaster-recovery programs are modeled after the latest national and Federal guidelines in order to achieve Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA) compliance.
