Care coordination for the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) contract is a point of pride for us. FLTCIP enrollees can call and speak to a qualified care coordinator, a registered nurse who can offer assistance with a variety of concerns—from finding high-quality care providers for the enrollee and their qualified family members to assisting with changing the enrollee's plan of care if needed. Enrollees speak to the same contact each time they call, building strong relationships with the care coordinators assigned to their cases. With this benefit, LTCP balances product features with support systems, offering enrollees the most comprehensive service possible.
