Just as administering insurance and other benefits programs is challenging due to the complexity of the products, marketing and promoting these programs can be equally as challenging. Using multimedia, video, radio, print, email, and online advertising, as well as online and in-person seminars and meetings, we first aim to educate and then promote preparedness and its benefits.
We have formed valuable relationships with influential Federal partners over the years. By working closely with Agency Benefits Officers and Federal Executive Boards across the country, and affinity groups such as Federally Employed Women (FEW) and Federal Managers Association (FMA), we are able to tailor communications and education to meet the needs of a wide range of audiences.
