Administrative Services
We administer all aspects of the Federal Long Term Care Insurance (FLTCIP), including enrollment, underwriting, customer service, claims processing, billing and premium payment processing, and other functions. Our services were put to the test when an additional contract, for BENEFEDS, was awarded in 2005. We met the challenge by boosting our capabilities in the areas of call center capacity, customer service, vendor management, business continuity, data encryption, and web-based enrollment systems.
With each new contract and contract renewal, we have improved on and added to our benefits administrative capabilities to meet the growing needs of our clients.
