The BENEFEDS portal (www.BENEFEDS.com) is a convenient, self-service website built and maintained by LTCP. Federal employees and annuitants may use this website to enroll in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP). BENEFEDS also comprises the payroll and billing systems and customer service functions necessary to perform premium/allotment administration for the FEDVIP and the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS).
