Today, Long Term Care Partners (LTCP) employs more than 260 professional, technical, and clerical staff, handling program enrollment, underwriting, marketing and promotions, billing, claims, technology, and financial reporting for our Federal contracts. LTCP works closely with our parent company, John Hancock Life & Health Insurance Company to establish general business policies.
At this time, LTCP is a benefit administrative company geared to insurance products and record keeping and we have established ourselves as a business that caters to the unique demands of a Federal environment. Our ultimate customers are Federal and U.S. Postal Service employees and annuitants, active and retired members of the uniformed services, and qualified family members.
LTCP headquarters is located at Pease International Tradeport (formerly Pease Air Force Base) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This location allows LTCP to take advantage of competitive rents and the excellent labor market of the New England coastal region.
