Diane Potter Has Accepted the Position of Reporting and Analysis Administrator

Long Term Care Partners is pleased to announce that Diane Potter has accepted the position of reporting and analysis administrator. In this new position, Diane will report to Peggy Murray, as part of Account Management, and she will be responsible for building a reporting infrastructure that supports LTCP's need to consistently and accurately communicate results and perform regular trend analysis involving enterprise-wide metrics.

Diane graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor of science degree in business administration , holds the Life Underwriting Training Council (LUTC) certification, and has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance business. Prior to joining LTCP in May 2002, Diane sold and serviced long term care, life and annuity products with John Hancock and Liberty Mutual. She has proven her technical, analytical, and collaborative skills in the underwriting arena, with her work in developing and implementing improvements to the underwriting processes and procedures and also as underwriting lead on key initiatives, including the Online Application, Special Decision Period, 2011 FLTCIP Open Season, and most recently 2012 FLTCIP Future Purchase Option.

Diane will transition into her role to assist with the preparation of year-end profit documents for the U.S. Office of Personal Management. She will also continue to support management in the Underwriting Department while they search for a new department manager.
