| Job Description |
Long Term Care Partners is currently seeking an experienced Premium Administration Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring premiums/allotments are billed and premiums/allotments are collected for participants. The Analyst will be reviewing files related to the payroll and annuity deduction process, researching and reporting premium errors and status changes, ensuring direct bills are issued appropriately, building relationships with the Agency Payroll Offices.

| Job Requirements |
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of Premium Administration or Billing related work experience or experience in administering employee benefits or payroll preferred.
- Must possess excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle additional responsibility.
- Strong mathematical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with mainframe and PC processing. Must be proficient in various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
