BENEFEDS is the fast, secure, and only way to enroll in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP), a voluntary Federal benefit program that allows enrollees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for their vision and dental premiums. The BENEFEDS website is available 24/7, with an average uptime of 99.97%.
Through our BENEFEDS website, in-house call center, and benefits administration teams, LTCP provides the enrollment, premium administration, billing and payment processing, and customer service functions of the FEDVIP.
Insurance providers offering the FEDVIP's dental benefits through BENEFEDS include Aetna, Humana/CompBenefits, Government Employees Hospital Association, Group Health, MetLife, Triple-S, and United Concordia. And, those offering the FEDVIP's vision benefits include FEP BlueVision, UnitedHealthcare Vision, and Vision Service Plan.
Additionally, LTCP administers (online through the BENEFEDS website) the processing functions for FSAFEDS, the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program, which has more than 300,000 participants.
