Since joining LTCP in 2003, Thom has brought his technological expertise and spirit of innovation into every aspect of our business lives—whether it's guaranteeing we have the right technology in place to comply with government regulations such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley, or ensuring that our customer-facing representatives and internal teams have the best tools to quickly and efficiently handle complex customer service requests.

Thom's skills enable us to ensure a smooth and seamless flow of information at LTCP—and between us and our constituents—while still allowing us to maintain the highest levels of data security. He's gained his knowledge from more than 15 years' experience in software development, architecture, and system implementation. He's spent the last 10 years as an IT leader whose skills and decisions have helped organizations nimbly navigate the changing currents of technology.

Thom received his Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from DeVry University.
