Kevin has more than 25 years of consumer marketing experience. He and his staff work directly with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in the planning and implementation of program branding, product design and communications, website development and management, online education and acquisition processes, direct response solicitation, and program advertising. His group promotes product awareness and provides the tools and information that consumers need to make an informed purchase decision.
Prior to joining LTCP in 2003, Kevin worked for eight years as assistant vice president of consumer marketing for CIGNA Group Insurance. He also spent 17 years at Trans World Airlines (TWA) in various sales, service, analytical, and marketing capacities, including vice president of business marketing, where his responsibilities included marketing, strategic planning, promotional and growth initiatives, and operations for TWA's Frequent Flight Bonus program.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts in English from LeMoyne College.
