Kevin Hill is responsible for the operational platform of LTCP. He oversees planning, implementation, and operational execution. His primary responsibility is to ensure that the FLTCIP and BENEFEDS lines of business are operationally capable of handling increasing volumes through automation while maintaining rigorous quality and security standards.

Kevin actively pursues and promotes our service philosophy, which is routed in continual analysis of service and transaction trends in an attempt to find new ways to improve the service model we present to our clients and their respective employees.

Prior to joining LTCP, Kevin was vice president of product management for John Hancock's retail broker-dealer, John Hancock Financial Network. He has spent more than 20 years in financial services, with experience in marketing, operations, call center management, and IT.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
