As BSS director, Cindy brings together and coordinates all the resources necessary for ensuring that the FLTCIP and BENEFEDS offerings excel in their functionality and delivery.
Cindy's centralized group includes business analysis, QA/UAT testing, and data analysis and supports a more holistic approach to our software development life cycle. Her group provides new opportunities for BSS personnel to learn, cross-train, and explore different career paths as our organization continues to grow.
One reason for Cindy's success is her unique blend of experience in employee benefits and outsourcing, client service delivery, and operations/implementation management. She gained this experience primarily at Fidelity, where she served in leadership roles in the Employee Benefits/ HR Outsourcing Department, which provided services for the full range of Fidelity business units. Prior to Fidelity, Cindy was a benefit manager at the Foxboro Company.
Cindy received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bryant College.
