Brian Frankenfield heads-up BENEFEDS, a secure, interactive website that has become an ideal solution for the many who wish to enroll in and manage their FEDVIP coverage with a few convenient mouse-clicks.

A member of LTCP since 2002, Brian has worked closely with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to build and continuously strengthen the BENEFEDS portal, which today allows FEDVIP enrollees to manage their accounts and comprises the payroll and billing systems and customer service functions necessary to perform premium allotment/administration for the FEDVIP and the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). Brian took the initial concept of exceptional, efficient service and transformed it into an extremely successful working model, providing members of the Federal family with the convenience and time-savings they have come to expect.

Brian has more than 12 years of experience leading technology and business process initiatives and teams, most notably for organizations such as Reed Elsevier, IBM, and EMC Corporation.

Brian received his Bachelor of Arts at Marist College and his Master of Business Administration from Bentley College.
