Long Term Care
Partners, LLC (LTCP) is an
administrative company serving the
employees and retirees of the Federal
government. A wholly-owned subsidiary of John Hancock Life & Health Insurance Company, (John Hancock), which is the nation’s largest carrier of group long term care insurance, LTCP was formed
expressly to service the Federal Long
Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP)
which was created by an Act of Congress
in 2000.
Today, Long Term Care Partners also administers
BENEFEDS, which provides enrollment and premium administration services for the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and manages allotments for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS).
LTCP
employs over 230 people who
reside in the tri-state region. It is led by
Chief Executive Officer Paul E. Forte, a
veteran of the long-term care insurance
industry. LTCP is located on Arboretum
Drive at Pease
International Tradeport in Portsmouth,
New Hampshire. Formerly Pease Airforce
Base, the 3,000 acre site is now home to
over 218 companies, employing in excess
of 5,200 employees, contributing
significantly to the seacoast economy.
