Long Term Care Partners, LLC (LTCP) is a
joint venture between John Hancock
Financial Services, Inc., (John Hancock)
and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company
(MetLife), and administers the Federal
Long Term Care Insurance Program. John
Hancock and MetLife are the nation’s two
largest carriers of group long term care
insurance. Long Term Care Partners also
administers BENEFEDS, a secure website
enabling Federal Family members to
enroll in and manage their FEDVIP
(Federal Employees Dental and Vision
Insurance Program) coverage, under the
oversight of the U.S. Office of
Personnel Management (OPM).
LTCP employs over 215 people
and is led by Chief Executive Officer
Paul E. Forte, a veteran of the
long-term care insurance industry. LTCP
is located on Arboretum Drive at Pease
International Tradeport in Portsmouth,
New Hampshire. Formerly Pease Airforce
Base, the 3,000 acre site is now home to
over 218 entities, employing in excess
of 5,200 employees, contributing
